Our efficient kitchen is the cornerstone of a pleasant stay at Hotel Cannes.

Chef Paride is in charge: born and bred in Romagna, he is bound to the history and taste of his homeland.


Supplies are provided daily by Francesco, our local producer for seasonal fruit and vegetable; extra- virgin olive oil from Rimini hills; salt from Cervia.

Bread baked by our cooks every morning right from the oven.


The menu includes typical fare, fresh pasta and our piadina Romagnola.

A typical day kicks off with a scrumptious breakfast buffet: great selection of sweet and savoury options, hot and cold... yoghurt, homemade cakes, angel food cake, cereals, jam, croissants, charcutery and fresh seasonal fruit.

Lunch and dinner time with a choice of meat and fish, accompanied by a substantial buffet with cooked and raw vegetable.

To finish, dessert and assorted fruit or ice-cream.
